The maturation in Villa Réaut’s Tava amphorae favours the expression of the wine: roundness, volume and coating, but also aromatic complexity and length in the palate. They offer us a very expressive wine, which, without any woody notes, has the rich structure and fine tannins of a wine aged for a long time in barrels, and the purest expression of the fruit.

Maturing: 100% Amphoraes

Location: Flanking the Garonne river in Rions village, 4 km from Cadillac town, South East of Bordeaux city.

Topography: 18 hectares steep hill south orientated, 100 meters of altitude, and 8 hectares top of the hill deep gravels, vineyards entirely replanted between 2004 and 2006
